Danang is a seasoned expert in engineering, quality systems, and automotive manufacturing, with over three decades of experience. He began his career at IPTN (Industri Pesawat Terbang Nusantara), where he specialized in stress analysis and experimental testing for the N250 aircraft. His contributions were instrumental in achieving JAA/FAA certification and reducing aircraft structural weight by over 30%. He then joined Astra Daihatsu Motor, leading quality improvement initiatives and implementing advanced manufacturing systems such as Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, and Just-In-Time production.

From 2003 to 2022, he held several leadership roles at SGS Indonesia—starting as an IATF 16949 auditor and eventually becoming Senior Business Development Manager. Under his guidance, SGS became Indonesia’s market leader in automotive certification with a 35% share. He also expanded SGS’s service offerings into training, warranty management, and SNI testing, while pioneering consulting solutions for healthcare, education, and construction sectors—contributing 15% to annual revenue through innovation and client-driven strategies.

Today, he is the Founding Father of Arbitrium Consulting, where he continues to lead high-impact consulting initiatives in quality, engineering, and supply chain optimization. In parallel, he serves as a freelance IATF 16949:2016 auditor and drives community development through MitraMatra, a nonprofit forum with over 300 member companies across the automotive supply chain.
