Virat Patel is the Managing Director of Pioneer Consulting Asia-pacific, a management consultancy specialising in telecoms, media, digital services and sustainability. He is based in Singapore. He has extensive experience in business strategy, business planning, product development and sustainability. His recent work has covered ESG compliance as well as opportunities for telcos and utilities in the EV ecosystem. This has covered EV manufacturing, EV charging infrastructure, EV regulations and well as consumer perspectives on EVs. Virat has a BSc Hon in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, and has studied Corporate Finance at LBS. Virat is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the IET UK.
